You can ask for the replacement or the returns within 7 days of delivery.
By returning your product you can only get Freemen's credit voucher equivalent to the price of your product. You can fully use these credits to buy any Freemen's product.
No product is eligible for the refund. You can only get the refund if we are unable to replace your product in following conditions:
- You are delivered the wrong product.
- If there is any manufacturing defect.
- If a damaged product was delivered and it was not damaged while it was in your possession.
