You can request a replacement or return within 7 days of delivery.
Return Credit
All approved returns are credited as FREEMEN Store Credit equivalent to the product’s price (usable for future purchases).
When a refund may apply
Refunds are issued only if we are unable to replace your product under the conditions listed below.
Eligible Cases (Replacement / Return)
- Wrong product delivered
- Manufacturing defects
- Damaged product delivered (not damaged in your possession)
Free Replacement
Free replacement is available only on the first request. If pickup isn’t possible, the customer must ship the product at their own expense.
Any further replacements may require the customer to bear delivery charges.
Important Note (Color Variation)
Jewelry color may slightly vary from images due to lighting or photography. This is not considered a defect and cannot be replaced.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund (where applicable), please:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company (posting may take time)
- Contact your bank (processing times may vary)

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for return/refund conditions. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To initiate an exchange, email us at

Warranty Coverage
Warranty covers product color and gold plating only.
External physical damage voids warranty. Customers must ship products to our address to claim warranty.
We do not provide pickup for warranty claims.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift was delivered to the buyer first, the credit/refund (where applicable) will go to the gift giver.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for return shipping charges. They are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
For high-value items
For items over ₹5000, consider using a trackable courier service or purchasing insurance.
We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
