Return & Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Exchange or Return
You have 7 calendar days from the date you received your order to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
Please ensure the return is accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you within 48 hours regarding the status of your refund via Gift Card.
If your return is approved, we will initiate the refund to your FREEMEN Gift Card.
Shipping
You are responsible for the shipping cost of returning your item. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
If a refund is approved, return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund value.
Exchanges
We only exchange products if they are defective or damaged. If you believe the product received is defective, please contact us immediately with product details and the nature of the defect.
Once we receive the product, we will inspect it and notify you via email about your eligibility for a replacement. If approved, we will ship a replacement product at no extra cost.
