Shipping & Refund Rules
Important note about shipping fees
Shipping Fees Non-Refundable COD / Prepaid
FREEMEN is not responsible for refunding shipping fees, including Cash on Delivery or prepaid shipping charges (even on orders where shipping was discounted or free). If you request a refund, the original shipping and/or return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund amount.
Bank Details for Refund Processing
To process a refund securely (where applicable), we may request your bank information.
Note for Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
These charges apply for return requests based on product value and direction of shipping:

₹1001 to ₹5000 ₹250 ₹500
₹5001 and above ₹250 ₹500
Reminder
Shipping/return charges are handled as per the table above and may be deducted from eligible refunds.
Order Processing
We strive to process orders quickly. Most orders are handed over to our delivery partner within 1–2 business days. Our business days are Monday to Friday.
Shipping Time
For most serviceable pin codes, delivery is attempted within 7 days. However, delays may occur due to:
  • Bad weather
  • Strikes or operational delays
  • Remote / hard-to-reach locations
  • Stock issues
  • Other unforeseen circumstances
Tracking Your Shipment
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or Email to follow your shipment in real-time.
