Shipping Refund Policy 

Freemen is not responsible for refunding shipping fees, including cash on delivery or Prepaid charges (which also applies to orders with free shipping, discounted by Freemen). If you request a refund, you will be required to cover the shipping or return shipping costs, which will be deducted from your order amount. Additionally, we will need your bank information to process the refund.

Note for Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:

1. Orders up to ₹1000/- product amount:

   • One side: ₹150/-
   • Both sides: ₹300/-

2. Orders from ₹1001 to ₹5000/- product amount:

   • One side: ₹250/-
   • Both sides: ₹500/-

3. Orders ₹5001 and above:

   • One side: ₹250/-
   • Both sides: ₹500/-

 

Order Processing:

We strive to fulfil orders as soon as you place them. In most cases, your order will be sent to our delivery partner within 1-2 business days. Our business days are Monday-Friday.

 

Shipping Time:

For most serviceable pin codes, we try to deliver within 7 days. But due to unforseen circumstances like weather, strikes, remote locations, stocking issues, or any other reason - it may take longer. You will however be able to track your package using a unique tracking link that we will email/SMS you after your order is sent to our delivery partner.
