Refund & Return Policy
Replacement, Return & Refund
You can request a replacement or return within 7 days of delivery. All returns will be credited as FREEMEN store credit equivalent to the product’s price and can be used for future purchases.
No refunds will be issued unless we are unable to replace your product under the following conditions:
- Wrong product delivered
- Manufacturing defects
- Damaged product delivered (not damaged in your possession)
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is posted
- Contact your bank—processing times may vary
If you've completed all these steps and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at support@freemen.com.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To initiate an exchange, email us at support@freemen.com and send your item to:

Warranty Coverage
Warranty covers product color and gold plating only. External physical damage voids warranty. Customers must ship products to our address to claim warranty. We do not provide pickup for warranty claims.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift was delivered to the buyer first, the refund will go to the gift giver.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for return shipping charges. They are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
For items over ₹5000, consider using a trackable courier service or purchasing insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
