Freemen is not responsible for refunding shipping fees, including cash on delivery or Prepaid charges (which also applies to orders with free shipping, discounted by Freemen). If you request a refund, you will be required to cover the shipping or return shipping costs, which will be deducted from your order amount. Additionally, we will need your bank information to process the refund.
Note for Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:

Orders from ₹1001 to ₹5000/- product amount:

We strive to fulfil orders as soon as you place them. In most cases, your order will be sent to our delivery partner within 1-2 business days. Our business days are Monday-Friday.
Shipping Time:
For most serviceable pin codes, we try to deliver within 7 days. But due to unforseen circumstances like weather, strikes, remote locations, stocking issues, or any other reason - it may take longer. You will however be able to track your package using a unique tracking link that we will email/SMS you after your order is sent to our delivery partner.

Replacement Policy
Replacement & return. You can ask for the replacement or the returns within 7 days of delivery. By returning your product you can only get Freemen's credit voucher equivalent to the price of your product. You can fully use these credits to buy any Freemen's product. No product is eligible for the refund. You can only get the refund if we are unable to replace your product in following conditions: - You are delivered the wrong product. - If there is any manufacturing defect. - If a damaged product was delivered and it was not damaged while it was in your possession.
